TDI Review

Alix Earle’s creator career may still be relatively young, but few have moved as quickly to turn social media fame into something much bigger. A series of strategic moves across television, owned IP and investment have transformed the influence she built through candid “Get Ready With Me” videos into the foundations of an increasingly substantial business, while Earle herself has crossed firmly into mainstream celebrity.

This past year has made that ascent particularly hard to miss. Earle secured a coveted place on Dancing with the Stars, eventually finishing second, before fronting her own Netflix reality series, Earle Meets World. The latter offered perhaps the clearest test yet of whether her appeal could travel beyond social media, breaking into Netflix’s global Top 10 just three days after its September launch, with 1.8 million views and 9 million hours watched in its first measured week.

Earle has been equally deliberate about owning more of what is built around her audience. In March, she launched acne-care brand Reale Actives, drawing directly on an experience she had documented with followers long before there was a product to sell. The response was immediate: $1 million in sales within five minutes and its entire $5 million inventory sold within 10 hours. Her Hot Mess brand, which includes her podcast and wider media projects, gives Earle another business built around her audience.

That instinct for ownership showed up early. Earle was an investor in Poppi before its $1.95 billion acquisition by PepsiCo in 2025, and she has continued investing with stakes in Gorgie and SipMargs. Her approach suggests she increasingly sees investment as part of the business of being Alix Earle.

There will inevitably be debate around a rise as rapid as Earle’s, particularly in an industry where opportunity and access are far from evenly distributed. But there is no denying that Earle has made the most of the opportunities in front of her. The speed with which she has converted attention into the foundations of a substantial creator business is worthy of recognition. Advantages may have helped open doors, but it is what Earle has done once through them that plants her firmly in the Elite tier.

Representation: Earle is represented in all areas by United Talent Agency (UTA), with her father, Thomas Earle, also closely involved in her management.
