Bianca Bosso

Bianca Bosso has found a distinctive niche combining cooking and drawing, turning recipes into illustrations that have attracted a highly engaged audience.

Many of Bosso’s recipes come from the Italian food she grew up with, which she shares by drawing the ingredients and steps rather than relying on traditional written recipes. The illustrations have generated tens of millions of views and prompted followers to start making their own.

That response shows up in the numbers. Bosso recorded an engagement rate of more than 40% in the Adult Beverage data analysed by Traackr for the Index, generating more than 1.5 million engagements.

She has also found ways to bring those followers together. Bosso runs Cookbook Craft Club events where people illustrate their own recipes, and in January 2026 launched a communal cookbook that travels between participants, with each person adding a family recipe and its story before passing it on.

Bosso is now working on her first illustrated cookbook, bringing the recipes and drawings that built her audience into a book of her own.

Her highly engaged audience and the community that has grown around her illustrated recipes earn Bosso a place in the Rated tier.
