Eric Berg is not a medical doctor, but that has not stopped the chiropractor turned health creator from building one of YouTube’s biggest audiences for nutrition advice.

Known online as Dr. Berg, he has amassed more than 15 million YouTube subscribers with videos covering nutrition, fasting and weight loss, while building a wider business around the audience through Dr. Berg Nutritionals.

In early 2025, Berg launched the Junk Food Meter, an app that allows users to scan packaged foods and scores them according to his Healthy Keto framework. He also founded the Ultra-Processed Food Initiative during the year, extending his longstanding focus on nutrition into organised advocacy around food ingredients and processing.

Berg’s considerable reach, alongside the products and initiatives he has built around his health content, earns him a place in the Rated tier.
