Live Nation is backing a new company that plans to acquire creator-management firms and help talent build businesses spanning content, commerce and live experiences.
Co-founded by husband-and-wife duo Scott and Alexis Fisher, Creator Nation will use a capital commitment from Live Nation to acquire and scale management firms and adjacent businesses. Its first acquisitions are expected in the coming months.
“Creators have proven they can build enormous audiences, but the infrastructure around them has not always kept pace,” Scott Fisher said in a statement.
“We’re building Creator Nation to give creators and the teams supporting them the resources to turn that influence into businesses designed to last.”
The backing also gives Creator Nation access to Live Nation’s wider infrastructure across concert promotion, venues, sponsorship and ticketing through Ticketmaster. The Fishers will lead the business with their own team.
It’s not the first time Live Nation has backed one of their businesses. The entertainment giant has supported Timeline Management, the music and creator company founded by Alexis Fisher, since 2024. Timeline will continue to operate separately.
Scott Fisher, meanwhile, previously founded Select Management Group, whose roster spanned more than 500 creators before it was fully acquired by Propagate Content in 2025.
Creator Nation will also build its own team and work directly with brands and marketers on partnerships involving talent and future portfolio companies.
The wider aim is to help creators turn online followings into lasting fan relationships that can support businesses beyond social platforms.
“Bringing creator-led shows to the stage showed us how a strong relationship with fans can open the door to entirely new opportunities,” Alexis Fisher said. “Creator Nation gives us a platform to do that for many more creators, across every part of their business.”
Speaking separately about why the pair chose Live Nation, she pointed to its ability to connect talent with audiences across “brands to content to consumer products to touring and live experiences.”
Live Nation president and chief executive Michael Rapino said creators are increasingly building careers that resemble broader entertainment businesses, spanning “content, live, brands and commerce.”
“Scott and Alexis understand how to help talent build those businesses for the long term, and we see a lot of opportunity to support that growth,” he said.
