Three Six Zero, which manages Amelia Dimoldenberg, is expanding its offering as creators increasingly develop companies and intellectual property of their own.

The management firm’s newly established Entertainment & New Media division will help talent develop original IP, while also working with media businesses looking to expand into new formats.

Dimoldenberg’s manager Rebecca Dowell, who leads the division, said it is designed to plug a gap as the ambitions of talent increasingly stretch beyond traditional management.

“Talent are increasingly building businesses alongside their individual careers, from production companies and media platforms to original IP,” Dowell wrote on LinkedIn.

“Three Six Zero’s global infrastructure allows us to support both those creative ambitions and the businesses behind them.”

Dimoldenberg is already an example of the kind of work the division is targeting. Her production company Dimz Inc produces Chicken Shop Date, which has grown from a YouTube interview series into an entertainment franchise and recently expanded onto Netflix.

The division has also signed Polyester, an independent arts and culture publication. Three Six Zero will help take its podcast into video, while also representing founder Ione Gamble and senior editor Gina Tonic individually.

Three Six Zero is the latest talent company to expand its offering as creators develop more of their own media and IP. Earlier this month, WME launched Creator Labs, which gives clients production and operational support to develop their own media operations. Last month, Sidemen management company Arcade expanded to other creators, with a focus on developing creator-led IP across content and live entertainment.
