United Talent Agency is expanding the leadership of its creator business, with further growth in the UK among its priorities.
The Hollywood talent agency has named seven agents to the UTA Creators leadership team, with the new leaders focused on growth in the UK, New York and sports, as well as winning new business.
UTA said revenue across the division has tripled over the past five years, while its UK presence has grown sixfold since 2023. Earlier this month, the agency added six UK creators to its global roster, including Tara Keeney and Grace Andrews.
The newly elevated agents Beth Hatchett, Ike Zhang, Nicole Lonner, Rebecca Bibb, Sarah Mathews, Scarlett Perlman and Shelby Schenkman will join the leadership team, reporting to senior executives A.J. Leone, Mahzad Babayan, Rebecca Steinberg and Ty Flynn.
UTA was an early mover in the creator economy among Hollywood’s legacy talent agencies, launching a dedicated digital talent group in 2006. In 2024, it brought several of its existing operations together under UTA Creators as its clients increasingly built businesses beyond individual platforms.
The division now represents some of the world’s biggest names, including MrBeast, Kai Cenat and Emma Chamberlain, with UTA saying its clients collectively reach more than two billion people worldwide.
“As our clients’ visions and ambitions grow, so does the business we’re building around them,” UTA Creators co-heads Oren Rosenbaum, Ali Berman and Raina Penchansky said in a statement. “This next evolution gives our leaders greater focus and our clients more tailored support.”
