Druski signs multiyear Netflix deal, with first series “just the beginning”

Druski has inked a multi-year deal with Netflix that will bring select shows and skits from his catalogue to the streamer.

The comedian and creator, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, will kick off the partnership with “Collect & Praise,” a new semi-scripted comedy series built around his megachurch pastor character. It begins streaming on Netflix from 1 December.

The deal, signed through his 4LIFERS Entertainment company, will also see Netflix licence select content from his existing catalogue, including Coulda Been Love, Coulda Been Daddy, Coulda Been Records Auditions and his comedic skits.

“I’ve built my platform by creating characters and comedy that resonate with people,” Druski said in a statement.

“This partnership with Netflix will give me the resources to build on that comedy foundation and bring my work to a new global audience. It’s a tremendous opportunity for our team at 4LIFERS Entertainment to expand our reach, develop original programming for the masses and take our creativity to new heights.”

John Derderian, who oversees Next Gen Content at Netflix, said the deal is part of the platform’s commitment to back talented creators.

“We want the best talent in the world to bring us their most ambitious work, reach new audiences and build their brands. Collect & Praise is just the beginning, and we welcome Druski to Netflix,” he said.

Druski first rose to prominence in 2017 by posting comedy skits on Instagram and has built a following of nearly 40 million across social media platforms.

He has since expanded his commercial ventures, recently securing an equity stake in Gopuff through a multi-year partnership that will see both parties develop products and fan experiences.

Netflix meanwhile has spent the best part of 2026 shoring up its creator roster, signing a slew of deals with the likes of Drew Binsky, Sean Evans, Jay Shetty and Ibai Llanos, among others.
